Policies
Appointments
We see patients Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 5:00. If
you would like to make an appointment, please call us at 243-2372.
We will do our best to find a time that is best for you. To
safeguard your valuable time, we offer the choices of longer
appointments and fewer visits. We depend on our patients to keep
their appointments. If it is necessary to cancel or change an
appointment, please call 2 business days in advance.
Emergency Care
Should you develop a problem requiring immediate treatment, we will do
our best to respond promptly. Please call us as early in the day
as possible. If the emergency occurs outside regular office hours,
please call our office for emergency phone numbers.
Continuing Care
We believe that regular preventive care is a smart investment.
At each cleaning, our staff will look for potential dental problems in
an effort to preserve your natural teeth and maintain existing dental
work. We will attempt to provide you with
your next appointment before you leave so that your care is not
interrupted or delayed.
Children
Every effort is made to provide optimal dental care and kid-friendly
experiences for our youngest patients. You can help us by
avoiding words that may have an unpleasant impact when talking about
going to the dentist. Usually children behave best if parents do
not accompany them into the treatment room.
Finances
We offer a number of payment options. In addition to cash and
personal checks, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover Card, and Care Credit. Please speak to our front office
staff if other arrangements are needed.
Insurance
Dental insurance is designed to reduce the cost of specifically
contracted dental procedures. Although we do not participate in
any plans, we are happy to assist you in obtaining your dental
benefits. We will submit claims for you, accept payment of your
benefits directly to our office, and follow-up on any questions or
concerns about your claim.
