Dr. Blashford graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1978 and served for three years in the U.S. Air Force. He has practiced dentistry in Carlisle since 1981 and is very active in pursuing continuing dental education. He is especially interested in the practical, predictable restoration of teeth to make them functional and beautiful. Dr. Blashford is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Blashford has earned a Fellowship and Mastership in the American Academy of General Dentisty, an honor achieved by less than 1% of practicing dentists.
He and his wife Karen live in Carlisle with their children and standard poodle.
